The Thames Learning Trust is a thriving Multi Academy Trust (MAT) based in Reading consisting of two secondary schools, one infant school and three primary schools. Our schools are situated in Newbury, Reading, Slough and Thatcham.

If you have proven experience as a Designated Safeguard Lead or Deputy Safeguard Lead and are looking for your next challenge, this position may be for you.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Safeguarding to lead the Trust’s safeguarding team. You will be the first point of contact for all leaders across the Trust, providing advice, training, support and direction on all safeguarding issues and child protection.

You will be responsible for the strategic leadership of safeguarding reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer.
